Refer back to the original proposals and agreement.
Both parties are encouraged to discuss and negotiate solutions that are acceptable to both.
If an agreement cannot be reached, Raise a Dispute to involve the Jundaro Team. Include as much detail as you can in the description and attach files where appropriate.
The payment process is quite simple. First, the client and freelancer must agree upon the terms of their project, including the full budget, milestones, and payments at each milestone. Once that’s complete, the client pays the full amount, which is then held in escrow by Jundaro. The freelancer receives 50% of the fees agreed for the first milestone. Upon successful completion of the remaining milestones and project approval from the client, the remaining funds are released from escrow and deposited into the freelancer's wallet. The freelancer can transfer those funds to their bank.
